PAN Amsterdam, the leading art and antique fair in the Low Countries, runs
from Sunday, 26 November and ends on 3 December 2000. The official opening
(for guests only) has been scheduled for Saturday, 25 November.
The Management of PAN issued a communication to the effect that the
Management of the RAI Conference Centre had defended this timetable quoting
force majeure, and had confirmed that PAN would start as usual, in late
September, for the remainder of the century. The participants in the
exhibition heaved a deep sigh and went back to their business.
